These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, stays, and private events at The Pearl of Positano.

1. Booking Requests

All requests submitted through our website or via email are considered inquiries only.

A booking is confirmed exclusively upon written confirmation and receipt of the required booking deposit.


2. Booking Deposit & Payments

To secure a reservation, a booking deposit is required.

The amount, payment schedule, and accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of confirmation.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms communicated prior to arrival or event date.


3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary depending on the nature of the stay or event and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, booking deposits are non-refundable.


4. Changes & Modifications

Requests for date changes or modifications are subject to availability and approval.

We reserve the right to apply revised conditions in case of changes.


5. Use of the Property

Guests are expected to respect the property, furnishings, and surrounding environment.

The Pearl of Positano reserves the right to limit access or terminate a stay in case of inappropriate behavior or misuse of the property.


6. Liability

The Pearl of Positano shall not be held liable for loss, damage, or injury to personal belongings during the stay, except where required by law.


7. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural events, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.


8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law.
