Terms & Conditions

These T&C apply to all bookings, stays, and private events at The Pearl of Positano.

1. Booking Requests

All requests submitted through our website or via email are considered inquiries only and do not constitute a confirmed booking.

A reservation is confirmed exclusively upon written confirmation from The Pearl of Positano and receipt of the required booking deposit.

2. Booking Deposit & Payments

To secure a reservation, a booking deposit is required.

The deposit amount, payment schedule, and accepted payment methods will be clearly specified at the time of booking confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival or event date.

3. Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total stay or event cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival or event date.

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, as well as no-shows or early departures, will be charged 100% of the total amount.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including early departure, adverse weather conditions, travel disruptions, or personal reasons.

In addition, a refundable security deposit of €500 is required. This deposit will be used exclusively to cover any potential damages to the property. Any unused amount will be fully refunded after check-out, subject to property inspection.

Please note that any applicable City Tax, as determined by local authorities at the time of the stay, is not included in the accommodation rate and must be paid in cash upon check-in.

By confirming a booking, the guest or event organizer acknowledges and fully accepts this cancellation and payment policy.

4. Changes & Modifications

Requests for date changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and prior approval. The Pearl of Positano reserves the right to apply revised conditions, rates, or policies in the event of approved changes.

5. Use of the Property

The Pearl of Positano reserves the right to limit access to the property or terminate a stay or event without refund in the event of inappropriate behavior, damage, or misuse of the premises.

6. Liability

The Pearl of Positano shall not be held liable for loss, damage, or injury to personal belongings during the stay, except where required by law.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural events, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
